Andrea brings over twenty years of international corporate experience in sales and marketing, HR, corporate events and training, spanning the hospitality, tourism, pharma and telecom industries, both in Europe and North America.

Her clients benefit from her comprehensive knowledge of the large multi-national corporate structures and how to strategically and successfully manage employees and projects within them. She has overseen and contributed successfully, both in an executive role and hands-on, to corporate structure and organizational projects, loyalty, as well as change- and program management. Andrea experienced career highs at large global companies as Hilton, Glaxo and Vodafone. Having organically mentored her own teams through management positions in highly demanding event-driven environments and through the more structured corporate team building and coaching programs developed for large multi-nationals in highly competitive industries.

Most recently Andrea has dedicated her efforts around customer experience, building teams and coaching which has been a consistent theme and her strong personal passion. Today, Andrea is helping her clients navigate through and accelerate their career paths in even the toughest corporate structures by offering programs tailored to personal growth, career goal orientation and business leadership mentoring.

Andrea is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Erickson Coaching International, is fluent in English and Czech and currently resides in Prague.
